To buy tickets: call in or telephone during opening hours.  You can pay by cash, credit/debit card (Mastercard/Visa/Switch/Maestro/Delta) or cheque payable to Kendal Brewery Arts Centre Trust Limited.  Book online any time by clicking on the links.

Festival Pass: a one-off charge of £10 gets you a special Festival Pass, entitling you to 10% off tickets for festival events, as well as food in the Brewery’s restaurant and bar.  Please note that each pass is only valid for one ticket per event.  Call the Box Office for further details.

Stand-by tickets: a limited number of stand-by tickets priced at £5 may be available for selected events on the day of performance.  Enquire at box office on the day of performance only.  No stand-by tickets will be available for music events.

Reservations: are held for 3 days. Tickets booked within 3 days of a performance must be paid for at the time of booking.

Cinema tickets: may be booked in advance for all films but must be paid for at time of booking. (No advance bookings taken within 1 hr of screening, though tickets can be booked up to the start of the screening, subject to availability.)

Concessionary rates: where offered, these apply to retired over 60s, students, under 16s, people with disabilities (free seats are available for support workers), those receiving Working Tax Credit or Jobseekers Allowance on proof of entitlement.  For music events in the Malt Room, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Refunds: (all subject to £1 administration fee per ticket) We will refund or exchange tickets up to three days in advance of the event (refunds cannot be given for group bookings). Cinema tickets may be exchanged for tickets for another film up to the time the screening starts. Courses and workshops can be refunded or exchanged up to a week before they start.

Data Protection: Ticketing records are held on computer to enable us to offer the best possible service to our customers. The information is held only to send you details of forthcoming events or inform you of any changes affecting your booking. We do not pass names and addresses on to third parties without your permission.  If you no longer wish to receive mail from us, please phone 01539 722833 ext 219 and we will amend our database immediately.
