An event celebrating the life and work of Virginia Woolf

Lyndall Gordon has written five biographies, including Virginia Woolf, which won the James Tait Black prize, and contributed ‘Virginia Woolf’ to the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography. Alison Light's new work, Mrs Woolf and the Servants, due to be published by Penguin in August, retrieves the lives of women who have been relegated to the margins of history and casts a new light on one of Britain's greatest literary modernists.
